Linda Batten is a trained Image Consultant, holding an AICI qualification
(Association of Image Consultants International).

She also is the holder of a B.Sc. (Sydney University), Dip.Ed. (Sydney TC) and
Certificate IV in Assessment/Training.

Linda Batten is a trained teacher who taught primary school aged children for several years before resigning to have a family.

From an early age Linda had always been fascinated and heavily involved in all aspects of handicraft. She decided to spend her time at home involved with making items for, and hosting, her own craft parties. A natural consequence of this craft passion and background training in education was involvement with adult education. She started teaching craft at local evening colleges to adults. Linda seemed to have a natural affinity for teaching adult women. “They are so honest and down-to-earth,” she says. “Women will always tell you the truth.”

She has found this to be the case in her experiences as an image consultant. Linda has been able to help dozens of women improve their self-esteem by showing them which colours and styles of clothing flatter and enhance them. Linda has recently completed the Image Consultants Course (AICI), gaining international accreditation as an image consultant.

Living and working in Sydney’s the Coffs Harbour area and unlike many image consultants working in more expensive suburbs, she is passionate about helping women of all ages, shapes, sizes and occupations. This is the reason she wanted to keep her prices affordable, unlike many image consultants working on the North Shore who charge upwards of $400 per session. She specialises in teaching women how to
